ABSTRAC

Contextualization science preachers should be developed according to the needs of the global community. The concept of this paper is important to have a cyber-propaganda in cyberspace to prevent the image of man as the Caliph. This paradigm is based on the problematic areas of cyber crime aqidah, law crisis, and ethics crisis. Cyber crime legal aspects, political, social, religious, and cultural are uploaded in cyberspace as a medium of conflict for certain elements that are easily accessible to the public other. This condition is very dangerous to the public in cyberspace. From these data indicate that the higher the spread of negative information in the virtual world the greater the potential moral crisis in the nation to the virtual world community to access negative information more available. On the basic of these findings so that important contextualization preachers character in the cyber world in an effort to prevent the impact of cyber crime that can destruction the image of man. This work needs to be community minded preachers as military-cyber lightening to maintain, melingdungi, some communities in cyberspace. When the propagation of information in cyberspace is not healthy then it will give birth to a systemic impact on the nation and the moral crisis of humanity. Dominance of negative information in cyberspace is more potentially damaging to health think, communicate, and behave. Have the necessary competence in cyber-propaganda is the spiritual, intellectual, social, and entrepreneurship as a force to enlighten some people are there in the social networking community to minimize the moral crisis in the virtual world and the human race around the world.
